Lawrence has over 8 years' experience in the private and local government sectors. His expertise in applied economics includes sector analyses and forecasts, strategic assessments, integrated property and real estate modelling, policy formulation and evaluation and impact assessments. 

He has successfully undertaken a variety of studies and has coordinated numerous multi-sectoral projects while focusing on all dimensions of economic development planning.  His interests in applied economics led him to actively research and analyse demand and supply relationships in different sectors and markets.

Lawrence has further specialised in economic modelling with specific emphasis on integrating spatial, economic, demographic and business disciplines with the forces influencing the business and economic decision-making processes.
