Expert Witness

M.E specialise in the independent evaluation of the nature, extent and significance of the likely effects of developments, actions or policies, in the context of sustainable management, and economic, social and cultural wellbeing and protection of the biophysical environment.

M.E personnel have appeared as expert witnesses in a range of judicial environments and we enjoy close working relationships with many of New Zealand’s top Resource Management lawyers. We provide comprehensive services, including case design, preparation of expert witness statements, preparation of rebuttal evidence, cross examination structure, strategy and detail and presentation at council hearings and in the Environment and High Courts, as well as Board of Inquiry hearings.
